About

Ms. Evangelou joined the Cascone & Kluepfel team in the summer of 2022. She brings to us more than 15 years of experience in defending actions involving New York’s Labor Law, as well as premises, motor vehicle, and general negligence matters. Prior to joining Cascone & Kluepfel, Ms. Evangelou worked in the Negligence Defense and Appellate Departments of a New York City insurance defense firm.

Ms. Evangelou graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and attended law school at Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. During law school, she worked at the New York State Attorney General's Nassau Regional Office where she investigated and mediated consumer complaints for the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Evelyn resides in Wantagh, New York with her husband and two children. She speaks fluent Greek and enjoys painting and gardening.
