Mr. Potenza graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1996. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2004.

Joseph is from Ulster County, New York and frequently spends weekends there with his family. He enjoys fishing, country music and the New York Jets.
