About

Mr. Martello has extensive experience in defending negligence actions as a former member of Travelers Group General Counsel’s Office. He rigorously defended Travelers’ insureds against personal injury claims arising from defective products, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and construction site accidents involving New York Labor Law.

In his former private practice, Mr. Martello represented clients injured in motor vehicle and premises accidents. His practice included New York No-Fault Supplemental Underinsured Motorist and Uninsured Motorist litigation.

Mr. Martello received his undergraduate degree from New York State University of Buffalo where he studied History, English and Philosophy. He is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is member of the New York State Bar.

Mr. Martello resides in East Williston with his wife Debra and two sons. In his spare time, he participates in various sports, enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
