Michelle Meiselman
About
Ms. Meiselman comes to the firm with over seventeen years of experience. Michelle began her legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Long Beach where she drafted legislation, was involved in complex municipal development projects, defended the City against personal injury actions, and prosecuted violations of the City’s building code and traffic regulations.
In private practice over the past twelve years, Michelle has worked exclusively in the area of civil defense, and has defended clients in high exposure actions involving labor law/construction accidents, premises liability, municipal law, property damage, automobile accidents, and medical and dental malpractice.
In 1996, Michelle earned her undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University, and was a member of the honors society, Alpha Kappa Delta. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Hofstra University and was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2000.
Raised in Long Beach, Michelle lives in Plainview with her husband, two children, American Pitbull Terrier, and multiple lizards. She spends her free time as a “dance mom.”
