Eileen S. Hoffner

Eileen S. Hoffner is a Motion and Appellate Specialist and the newest member of the Motion Department at Cascone & Kluepfel, LLP. She previously worked for a large litigation firm in New York City, representing plaintiffs, where she gained a broad range of experience preparing numerous motions and appeals in the realm of premises liability, motor vehicle, and construction-related actions. In her role as a Motion Specialist, she was also responsible for researching and evaluating expert reports and medical records. Ms. Hoffner is excited about the opportunity to put her legal skills and experience to work for the benefit of defendants.

Ms. Hoffner has an impressive academic background, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Tufts University and her Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law. Following law school, Ms. Hoffner earned a Master of Business Administration degree at New York University Stern School of Business. She is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

When not working, Ms. Hoffner enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends, and family, going to museums, and attending local live theater and music.
