About

Mr. Hart joined Cascone & Kluepfel, LLP in January of 2019 and was named partner in 2025. He specializes in general liability defense with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, labor law, and premises liability. Mr. Hart is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He has worked almost exclusively in the five boroughs of New York City since graduating from St. Johns University School of Law in 2015.

Before law school, Mr. Hart earned his undergraduate degree in media studies from Vassar College in 2011 where he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team and an instrumental accompanist for the Vassar Dance Department.

Ryan currently lives in the Hudson Valley with his wife and their two cats. He enjoys boxing, long-distance running, hiking, and live music.
