John L. Marsigliano

John L. Marsigliano brings decades of experience to Cascone & Kluepfel LLP, practicing in the State and Federal courts for more than 40 years. He specializes in the defense of high-exposure Labor Law/construction matters, premises, automobile fatalities, and general liability matters, as well as medical malpractice and FELA claims.
Mr. Marsigliano has defended municipal clients, including the MTA and Long Island Railroad, in a variety of State and Federal Court litigation actions from 50-h hearings through trial. Mr. Marsigliano was also a Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Hempstead where he defended the Town against claims of negligence and other related matters.
Mr. Marsigliano graduated from Manhattan College in 1975, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Government/Political Science, and received his J.D. degree in 1979 from St. John’s University School of Law. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
