Our trial team of Len Cascone and Olympia Rubino obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of our client, Mercury Capital, in this two-week trial in Supreme Court, New York County. The plaintiff asked the jury to find our client liable and to award him more than $6.6 Million in compensatory damages, in addition to punitive damages. The jury disagreed and ruled in our client’s favor on all counts.
