Ms. McCluskey has over 30 years of experience in the field of insurance defense specializing in large loss auto accidents with a concentration in arbitration, mediation and early resolution programs. Ms. McCluskey is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Connecticut and has practiced extensively in both.

Mary Ann resides in Locust Valley with her husband and their cat Oreo. When she is not busy restoring her 1908 Craftsman, she is an avid home baker, who enjoys sharing her treats with all. Mary Ann is a proud Mother to three grown sons, and recently had the added joy of becoming a Nana to her grandchildren.
