WESLEY C. GLASS
ASSOCIATE
Wesley C. Glass, Esq. has been practicing law in New York for over thirty
years. His years of litigation include twenty years practicing in the
area of insurance defense litigation as well as several years litigating
plaintiff’s cases. Mr. Glass has defended a wide litany of cases,
including claims of Labor Law/construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents,
products liability, premises liability, municipal liability, maritime
law, asbestos, and insurance coverage disputes. During his career, Wes
has litigated matters in all Long Island Supreme and District Courts,
the City and Supreme Courts of the five boughs of New York City, the Federal
Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York, as well as many
upstate Supreme Courts. Mr. Glass has handled all stages of litigation
from inception through trial and appeal and specializes in complex litigation.
Mr. Glass graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Arts
with Honors in Economics, and then from New York Law School. While at
law school, he was a student clerk for the Hon. William D. Friedman, New
York State Supreme Court Queens County. After graduation from law school,
Wes performed six years of public service with the New York Legal Aid
Society handling high level felony cases, then he transitioned his career
to litigating personal injury matters working for several major insurance
companies and municipalities.
During his tenure as a Plaintiff’s counsel, Mr. Glass generated multiple
Million Dollar Plus verdicts and settlements, and he was named as having
one of the Top 50 Verdicts for Personal Injury cases in 2017. He has been
featured in the Top 100 Lawyers Magazine for 2020. Likewise, Wes been
named a Lawyer of Distinction for 2021 and 2022, a National Trial Lawyers
Top 100 Plaintiff Attorneys for 2021, and a Top-Rated Lawyer in New York
for 2021. Mr. Glass is a member of the New York Bar and the Suffolk County
Bar Association.
Wes and his family reside in Deer Park. When not in the courtroom, Wes
enjoys cooking, concerts and collecting musical memorabilia.
