About

Olympia Rubino is the Co-Managing Partner of Cascone & Kluepfel and an accomplished attorney with extensive experience defending a broad range of negligence and liability claims. Her practice encompasses premises liability, municipal liability, construction accidents, elevator accidents, and motor vehicle litigation. In addition, Ms. Rubino is highly experienced in insurance coverage matters, regularly handling complex coverage disputes and prosecuting and defending declaratory judgment actions.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rubino has successfully represented clients at every stage of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial and appeal. Her strategic approach, meticulous preparation, and courtroom advocacy have earned her a reputation as a highly respected and effective defense lawyer.

Ms. Rubino earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from Hofstra University in 1996. She received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law in 1999. She is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association.
