Mr. Pagliuca has extensive experience in the field of insurance/negligence defense. He specializes in Labor Law cases involving high exposure, as well as motor vehicle accidents, commercial and residential premises, and construction defect matters.

Mr. Pagliuca is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from St. John’s University in 1991, and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1996.

Tony resides in Massapequa with his wife and son. An athlete in his youth, Tony began coaching his son’s youth basketball teams several years ago. With several coaching certifications from the National Federation of State High School Associations, Tony currently volunteers his time as the Girls Basketball coach for a local middle school, as well as coaching both boys and girls through CYO and a local youth league.
