Our commercial litigation and business practice group represents businesses in a wide variety of matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition and  business torts that arise out of our clients’ commercial activities.  Our broad experience adds depth and understanding to the issues faced by our clients.  Our attorneys have represented every type of business entity, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships, as well as law firms, insurance companies, partnerships, and entrepreneurs.  We frequently negotiate, review and draft agreements on behalf of our clients to proactively avoid future legal disputes.  In addition to litigating in court, we also engage in alternate dispute resolution, when appropriate, to resolve commercial and business disputes.
