Pamela Wolff Cohen
Appellate/Complex Motion Specialist
Ms. Pamela Wolff Cohen is a legal writer and researcher in Cascone &
Kluepfel's Complex Motion and Appellate Practice Department. She has
more than 25 years of legal research and writing experience in a wide
variety of insurance defense litigation areas, including premises liability,
motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents/Labor Law, products liability,
and toxic torts.
Ms. Cohen earned her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University,
and her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University. After starting
her legal career at a house counsel office for a national insurance carrier,
Ms. Cohen has since worked in private practice in Manhattan and on Long
Island. She is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New
York as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Cohen resides on the south shore of Long Island with her husband, inspiring
daughter, and beloved dog. She is an active volunteer and ardent supporter
of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and an advocate of organ donation.
