Mr. Pagliuca has extensive experience in the field of insurance/negligence defense. He specializes in cases involving high exposure motor vehicle accidents, commercial and residential premises and construction accidents. He also handles construction defect matters, as well as UM/SUM claims and no-fault litigation.

Mr. Pagliuca is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Mr. Pagliuca received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from St. John’s University in 1991, and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1996.

Tony resides in Massapequa, with his wife and 18 month old son, along with their dog and cat. He enjoys watching sports and hopes to pass on his love of the New York Yankees to his son. Tony looks forward to many years of coaching Little League teams.
